cat rescue

Our mission

New Cattitude is dedicated to rescuing neglected cats and educating the community about the importance of TNR.

  • To rescue, rehabilitate and provide care for abused, neglected and unwanted cats so that they may be placed into suitable, permanent homes.
  • To provide Trap Neuter Return (TNR) services for feral cats.
  • To build, operate and/or maintain a shelter, home, office, clinic, or other facilities for homeless cats; to seek donations and staff to provide all the services required as relates to operation of an animal rescue and/or adoption service or other facility.
  • To provide affordable spay/neuter procedures for cats owned by people in the community we serve to reduce the number of unwanted kittens that are born each year.
  • To provide outreach and educational programs to teach the community about pet overpopulation, pet care, and humane education.

New Cattitude was founded by long-time cat lovers who have seen the positive impact that responsible community cat management can have for animals and humans. Founded in 2025, New Cattitude is dedicated to rescuing neglected cats through education, low-cost veterinary services, and a TNR (Trap-Neuter-Return) program. Our focus is on improving the lives of felines and educating the community about responsible pet care while advocating for community cats.

About us

cat rescue

Our history

New Cattitude was founded by cat lovers who have been volunteering with animal rescue organizations, saving cats and promoting TNR. We recognized the lack of affordable spay/neuter available to the public for stray and feral cats, as well as misconceptions around community cats, and got together to make a difference!

Educational efforts

Our goal is to empower the community to take action and support the welfare of pets with the most up-to-date information on humane approaches to ensure the best outcomes for the animals and for the people who care for or live alongside them.

Resources

In addition to TNR, we offer rescue services and foster programs for abandoned cats who would thrive in a home. Our initiatives ensure that each cat has a shot at living their best life on their terms. We strive to provide resources to people willing to make a difference in the lives of animals.
